버번 스쿼트 호그스헤드가 브룩라디의 23년을 둥글고 부드럽게 익혔다. 캐스크가 빚어낸 비스킷과 데니시 페이스트리, 살구와 커스터드의 케이크 같은 향이 코끝에 화사하게 피어오르고 옅은 바다 공기가 스친다. 51도의 도수는 입안에서 크리미한 질감으로 시작해 베네딕틴 같은 허브 리큐어와 생강, 후추의 스파이스로 발전한다. 황금빛 색과 함께 녹차 타닌과 후추가 어우러진 오크의 여운이 중간 길이로 이어진다.
