Tasting Notes
오랜 세월을 머금은 짙은 황금빛이 잔 안에 깊게 잠겨 있다. 1965년 증류되어 1981년에 병입된 이 브루익라디는 코끝에 잘 익은 살구와 밀랍, 옅은 해풍의 미네랄을 천천히 풀어놓는다. 53도의 한 모금은 기름진 질감 위로 꿀과 보리 단맛, 감귤의 산뜻함이 매끄럽게 흐른다. 15년의 시간이 깃든 끝맛은 시트러스와 미네랄의 잔향이 또렷이 깃들어 길게 이어진다.

very bizarre, ridden with pinesap, paint, fresh putty and all that. It’s almost as if it was matured in pinewood. Crème de menthe. Funky stuff! With water: killed. Overinfused mint tea and lavender soap
restaurant Palate
really astringent, heavily mentholated, gingery, with a lot of retsina again… Weird, very weird. With water: rather better now, thanks to oranges coming out (crystallised). There’s even more crème de menthe, though. And maybe kumquats (there)
