Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 브룩라디 특유의 비피트 캐릭터답게 산뜻한 과일 향과 꽃, 미네랄이 명확하게 드러난다. 1965년 증류해 22년을 보낸 만큼 향은 원숙하면서도 정갈하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 배와 시트러스, 보리 단맛이 48.8도의 균형 잡힌 질감 위에 전개된다. 아일라 증류소답지 않은 가볍고 깨끗한 캐릭터가 또렷이 드러난다. 피니시는 미네랄과 가벼운 오크의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

Bruichladdich, like Bunnahabhain, was still peated up until the very early 1960s, and one would swear there’s a touch of peat here too, a bit of ash, whiffs of campfire smoke... It’s also rather earthy, with humus, old stumps, mushrooms, an old tin of mint tea, and even a good helping of pine nuts. Old herbal liqueurs, Bénédictine, Verveine du Velay
