레드 와인 캐스크에서 18년을 보낸 시간이 브룩라디에 은은한 포도주의 결과 붉은 과실을 겹쳐 놓는다. 호두와 오렌지 케이크, 허브차와 옅은 마지팬 향이 부드럽게 피어오른다. 46도의 도수는 입안에서 크리미하고 기름진 질감으로 사탕수수와 담뱃잎, 진저브레드와 설탕에 절인 오렌지를 풀어놓는다. 옅은 금빛 뒤로 후추와 오렌지의 여운이 길고 매끄럽게 이어진다.
