노즈에서는 셰리 호그스헤드에서 18년을 보낸 무피트 브룩라디답게 건과일과 보리 단맛, 옅은 해안의 미네랄 향이 또렷하게 올라온다. 셰리의 단맛과 아일라 특유의 짭짤함이 향에서부터 맞물린다. 입에서는 61도의 높은 도수가 건포도와 다크 토피, 가벼운 향신료로 진한 구조감을 만든다. 무피트 스피릿의 맑은 결이 높은 도수를 단단하게 받쳐준다. 피니시는 말린 과일과 짭짤한 미네랄이 길게 이어진다.
