Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 카리브 럼 캐스크 피니시에서 온 복숭아 껍질과 천도복숭아, 체리가 먼저 두드러지고 옅은 고무와 민트, 타라곤의 허브 뉘앙스가 발전한다. 팰럿은 후추 뿌린 딸기와 머스캣 건포도 위로 럼의 옅은 단맛이 겹치며 균형이 단단하게 이어진다. 46도의 절제된 도수가 17년 숙성의 질감을 또렷하게 지탱하고 후반에는 사천 후추와 홉의 쌉쌀함이 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 깔끔한 후추와 홉, IPA를 연상시키는 씁쓸함이 남는다. 무피트 브루익라디의 이 럼 캐스크 에디션은 산뜻한 과실과 향신료의 대비를 보여준다.

could be that all those ten years in glass did it some good, as I'm finding it better mingled together than as they were coming out. Peppered strawberries (always a hit) and once again a touch of fresh rubber, plus those raisins again. Muscat raisins
