잔을 천천히 돌리면 옅은 황금빛이 유리를 부드럽게 감싼다. 코끝에 가져가면 브룩라디 특유의 꽃향과 잘 익은 배, 은은한 바다 소금기가 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 53도의 힘이 혀를 감싸며 몰트 단맛과 시트러스, 옅은 기름진 질감이 부드럽게 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 17년이 다듬은 아일라 몰트의 해풍 어린 여운이 입안에 남아 잔잔한 미네랄이 마지막까지 따라온다.
