Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 샤토 라플뢰르 포므롤 와인 캐스크가 준 진한 와인 소스와 자두, 다크초콜릿 향이 또렷하게 드러난다. 브뤼클라디 특유의 정제된 몰트 위로 구운 파슬리와 커피 리큐어 같은 복합적인 뉘앙스가 겹친다. 팰럿은 46도로 두껍고 짙은 질감이 초콜릿을 입힌 말린 과일의 단맛으로 발전하며 와인 캐스크의 개성이 강하게 입안을 눌러온다. 언피티드 아일라 몰트에 보르도 와인이 더해진 보기 드문 구조감이 뚜렷하다. 피니시는 길고 두꺼우면서도 매끈하게 이어진다.

full classic deep oloroso, in that sense very different from all former three. Chocolate, wine sauce, prunes, fresh parsley and lovage, coffee-schnapps (like when you just poured a few drops –right, spoonfuls- of Mirabellenbrand into your espresso – our German speaking friends will see what I mean – psst, we make the best ones in Elsass). This seems to be thick, let’s see what gives on the palate
restaurant Palate
it’s rather hard to imagine a thicker and darker whisky but most funnily, it’s not exempt of a certain ‘playfulness’. But frankly, not even chocolate-coated dried fruits taste as much as chocolate-coated dried fruits as this Glenfarclas. You’ll almost need a (silver)spoon!
