Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 라피트-로칠드 와인 캐스크에서 온 부싯돌 같은 스모키함이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 블랙커런트와 상쾌한 민트, 성냥 향이 뒤따르고 시간이 지나며 딸기와 가죽으로 발전한다. 팰럿은 와인의 무게보다 스파이스가 앞서 후추와 찻잎, 블랙커런트 순, 키르시가 또렷하게 드러난다. 피니시는 길고 예상보다 건조하다. 46도 브뤼클라디 16년 퀴베 A로, 와인 캐스크와 증류액의 구조감이 단단하다.

yes! It’s funny how this wood imparted kind of a flinty smokiness to the whisky, something that may even be defined as ‘notes of peat’. Other than that we have quite a pleasant combo of blackcurrants, fresh mint, used matches and maybe faint notes of rubber bands. The rubber vanishes after twenty minutes.
