Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 붉게 반짝인다. 이 브룩라디 15년은 소테른 계열 이켐 캐스크의 영향으로 건포도와 럼, 졸인 딸기와 설탕에 절인 오렌지의 향을 겹겹이 쌓는다. 잔을 두면 나무 수지의 진득한 향이 그 위로 은근하게 배어 나온다. 54도의 힘 있는 몸집은 오크의 수지향과 바닷물의 짠맛을 앞세우고 흑후추와 페퍼민트의 알싸함으로 이어진다. 중반으로 갈수록 오크의 무게가 커지며 살짝 나무판을 씹는 듯한 인상마저 든다. 여운은 나무의 수지감과 옅은 소금기가 오래 남아 강한 오크의 인상을 마지막까지 밀어 올린다.

lots of sultanas and rum, cooked strawberries, crystallised oranges… Not too complicated but the balance is almost perfect despite the heavy woodiness (resin)
restaurant Palate
bold, very oaky and resinous again with salty touches. Goes on with black pepper, peppermint… More and more resinous, getting a bit 'plankish'. Too bad but there's a wide range of much better young vintage Glenfarclasses to choose from. 79 points .
