노즈에서는 브루넬로 프렌치 오크가 남긴 고기 육수 같은 감칠맛과 커피, 다크 초콜릿이 겹겹이 두드러지고, 옅은 타르와 훈연 홍차가 배경에서 복합성을 더한다. 팰럿은 46도임에도 풍부하고 크리미하며 키르슈와 블랙 포레스트 케이크, 세비야 오렌지가 명확하게 드러나고 밀리어네어 쇼트브레드 같은 단맛이 질감을 받친다. 피니시는 아주 길게 이어지며 오렌지 스쿼시와 초콜릿, 한 줄기 생강이 남아, 브루클라디 1993 이탈리안 컬렉션의 와인 캐스크 개성을 분명하게 보여준다.

a more civilised version this time but it is well in the style of the best sherried Mortlachs, with this distinctive meatiness mixed with quite some coffee, malt and chocolate.
