Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 꽃향과 옅은 나무 연기가 먼저 두드러지고 뒤이어 캐모마일과 캐러멜이 명확하게 드러난다. 리필 셰리 캐스크를 쓴 만큼 셰리의 개입은 절제되어 곡물의 결이 앞선다. 팰럿은 46도에서 캐러멜과 설탕에 절인 오렌지의 단맛이 중심을 잡으며 무겁지 않게 발전한다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 균형은 단단하지만 복합성보다 마시기 편한 쪽에 가깝다. 1991년 원액을 14년 만에 담아낸 골드빛 보틀링이다.

very fragrant and flowery at first nosing, with also whiffs of wood smoke. Quite lively, grainy but less than the official Fine Oak versions. Keeps developing on camomile and caramel… A ‘nice’ nose
restaurant Palate
starts a little sugary, with quite some caramel and crystallized oranges. Very little sherry – there probably isn’t any and a balanced but simple finish.
