잔을 흔들면 호박색이 느리게 돌고 코를 가져가면 낙엽과 건포도를 두른 예전식 셰리 향이 단정하게 열린다. 아몬드와 옅은 초콜릿 그리고 민트 티가 차례로 비친다. 한 모금 머금으면 40도치고 무게가 좋고 축축한 담뱃잎과 가죽 그리고 졸인 검은 과일이 코가 예고한 것보다 힘있게 들어온다. 에스프레소와 쌉쌀한 허브가 뒤를 받친다. 삼키면 가죽과 담배가 마르게 이어지고 당밀과 말린 민트가 늦게까지 남는다.

well, exactly. Just a superb and elegant old school, leafy and raisiny sherry. Almonds, sultanas, wee glimmers of chocolate, soft earth, mint tea and hints of leather. Simple, easy but extremely refined
restaurant Palate
excellent weight for 40%. Robustly earthy and more focussed of damp tobacco, leather, stewed dark fruits and bitter chocolate than the lighter nose suggested. Rather a punchy and more assertive sherry profile here. Some notes of espresso, rancio and bitter herbs

good length, wonderfully leathery, drying, plenty tobacco, bitter chocolate, perfectly bitter herbal notes, treacle, dried mint and miso
