잔을 가볍게 돌리면 금빛 액체가 얇게 미끄러진다. 코를 가져가면 달콤한 오크가 앞서 나오고 바닐라와 카다멈 그리고 생강이 차례로 열린다. 그 아래로 풍선껌과 꽃 그리고 옅은 코코넛 같은 젊은 기운이 비친다. 한 모금 머금으면 열한 해라는 숙성보다 나무의 인상이 크고 넛멕과 계피가 혀를 두드린다. 태운 케이크와 옅은 커피가 뒤를 잇지만 몸집이 크지는 않다. 삼키면 구운 오크와 오렌지 그리고 식은 홍차가 이어진다.
