Tasting Notes
연한 호박빛이 잔에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 코를 대면 말린 과일과 잘 익은 초록 과일이 겹친 옛 방식의 셰리 향이 단숨에 열리고 낙엽과 코코아, 짭조름한 란시오가 뒤를 잇는다. 40도의 입안은 호두와 초콜릿, 무화과와 대추가 빽빽하게 차오르며 각설탕 하나를 넣은 에스프레소를 떠올리게 한다. 여운은 가을 낙엽과 가죽의 건조함으로 중간 길이만큼 이어진다.

bang! Old school sherry. This unmistakeable and utterly charming mix of dried fruits with more luscious ripe green ones overlaid. Also leaf mulch, cocoa, tobacco and a savoury / salty rancio note. Enchanting is often the word that comes to mind with such bottlings
restaurant Palate
very nutty, chocolatey and showing many dense notes of fig, date, sultana and praline. Also some espresso with a single sugar cube. Still muchly, leathery and chocolatey. Only thing is that detracts is a little bit of OBE mustiness

medium, leafy, autumnal, leathery and with some drier tones
