Tasting Notes
노즈는 강하게 밀어붙이지 않지만 순도가 높다. 신선한 버터와 바닐라가 먼저 두드러지고 이어 풀 냄새와 견과, 갓 구운 빵의 뉘앙스가 발전한다. 시간이 흐르면 옅은 셰리 기운도 뒤늦게 드러난다. 팰럿은 46도의 무게감 위에 사과 파이 같은 단맛과 캐러멜라이즈드 넛, 꿀이 겹치고 말린 무화과와 자두 잼이 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 피니시는 길고 잼처럼 달며 건포도의 여운이 깊게 머문다.

not exactly bold but very pure and clean, starting on fresh butter, vanilla and whiffs of wood smoke. Gets then both grassier and nuttier, with also hints of hot bread (baguette of course) and faint hints of violets. Rather complex and elegant. No sherry that I can smell at first sniffs but something sherry-ish does develop indeed over time. Also slightly yeasty. More and more buttery notes

good body, with much more sweetness at the attack (apple pie) as well as bunches of caramelised nuts and quite a lot of honey. Then dried figs, poached pears and plum jam. Coating

rather long, jammy, candied, with also sultanas. Terribly drinkable
