퍼스트필 셰리 벗의 개입이 12년이라는 짧은 숙성을 압도한다. 향은 토피와 흑설탕, 건포도가 겹치며 열리고 뒤로 구운 견과가 받친다. 58.6도의 도수가 이 진한 단맛을 무너지지 않게 지탱한다. 팰럿은 캐러멜과 대추, 정향이 층을 이루며 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 어린 원액 특유의 날카로움은 캐스크의 단맛에 상당 부분 가려져 있다. 피니시는 길고 달콤하게 이어진다.
