Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 밝고 신선한 과일이 먼저 튀어 오르고 노란 꽃의 향이 그 위에 얹힌다. 리치와 장미 꽃잎이 스치며 향이 의외로 화사하게 벌어진다. 한 모금을 머금고 혀를 굴리면 구운 빵 껍질의 고소함과 건포도, 꿀의 단맛이 차례로 나타난다. 40도지만 중심이 무너지지 않는다. 삼키면 케이크 같은 단맛과 꿀이 중간 길이로 이어진다. 2002년 스피릿을 12년 담은 스쿼드론 몰츠의 보틀링은 화려함보다 단정함으로 기억된다.

I like this so much better than the Edition N°4! It’s much fresher, brighter, fruitier, with more preserved fruits, various honeys, that floral side that works so well in Macallan (yellow flowers), and even wee touches of litchis and rose petals. You’re right, proper gewürztraminer

yes sir or ma’am, this is very nice indeed. Classic Macallan, with this wee toasted side that’s so pleasant, brioche, raisins, cakes, drops of mead, and some special honey. Why not manuka? Very good, and even the low strength does not raise any problems
