Tasting Notes
노즈는 전형적인 어린 스페이사이드의 얼굴을 명확하게 드러낸다. 사과 주스와 배 주스가 앞서고 옅은 맥주 뉘앙스와 나무 연기, 생강 토닉이 뒤를 잇는다. 43도의 팰럿은 단순하지만 깔끔하며 과실 중심의 흐름이 자연스럽게 발전한다. 호그스헤드 12년이라는 조건에서 캐스크의 개입이 적어 증류 원액의 성격이 앞에 선다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 오렌지와 생강의 뉘앙스가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
