Tasting Notes
페드로 히메네스 캐스크에서 마무리한 원액이지만 잔에 어린 색은 뜻밖에 밝은 금빛이다. 향은 옅은 연기와 식은 커피, 핫초콜릿의 단내가 먼저 올라오고 그 뒤로 멘톨과 감초, 유칼립투스의 서늘함이 이어진다. 52.3도의 입맛은 무화과와 건포도, 말린 바나나의 단맛이 겹겹이 쌓이고 뮈스카 와인과 귤 리큐어, 노란 카레 향신료가 뒤따른다. 마스터 오브 몰트가 열다섯 해 원액에 입힌 이 마무리는 마지막에 오크의 마른 결을 길게 드러낸다.

I'm afraid everything worked out fine here. Great figs, sultanas, dried bananas, muscat wine, tangerine liqueurs, sweet yellow curry and perhaps even masala, muesli… With water: same plus a few more sweeter spices, cinnamon cookies, some good agricole rum, crushed bananas, a touch of crème brulée…

long, good, just a tad on the oakier side now. That had to happen, given the process they've used, everything comes out in the finish
