잔에 담긴 색은 맑은 금빛이며 서른 해의 시간이 무색할 만큼 투명하다. 향은 볶은 땅콩과 해바라기씨에서 시작해 나무껍질과 아마인유, 모과 페이스트로 번지고 물을 더하면 이끼와 버섯, 축축한 고서의 냄새가 뒤따른다. 55.2도의 입맛은 뜻밖에 정갈해 딜과 세이지, 자몽의 허브 향이 또렷하게 흐르고 이어 민트와 아니스, 백묵 같은 미네랄이 스친다. 버번 배럴이 길러낸 이 아티스트 14번은 길고 사색적인 여운으로 마무리된다.
