Tasting Notes
10년 숙성의 젊은 맥캘란으로, 노즈는 견과보다 보리와 정원 과실 쪽으로 곧게 뻗는 인상이 두드러진다. 풀 향이 살짝 섞이며 향의 폭은 넓지 않지만 신선함은 분명하다. 팰럿은 예상보다 힘이 좋아 사과와 구스베리, 루바브 파이의 산미가 먼저 도착하고 오렌지와 타임 꿀, 골든 레이즌이 뒤를 잇는다. 호두 케이크 같은 셰리의 흔적이 옅게 비쳐 43도치고 짜임새가 좋다. 피니시는 적당히 길고 헤더 꿀의 몰티한 단맛이 남는다.

oh yeah, this has much more oomph, actually, more freshness, fruits, definition, tightness, immediacy… Apples, gooseberries and rhubarb pie, then oranges, aromatic honey (thyme, perhaps) and golden raisins. Very nice touch of sherry, with some walnut cake and raisins. Unless that’s Alsatian kougelhopf…
