Tasting Notes
옅은 금빛이 잔 속에 맑게 어린다. 셰리 캐스크를 거쳤지만 향은 무겁지 않아 보리와 밀랍, 갓 켠 나무의 냄새가 앞서고 얼그레이 홍차의 베르가못과 옅은 장뇌가 그 뒤를 따른다. 43도의 입은 뜻밖에 산뜻해 사과와 레몬의 산미 위로 녹차와 레몬그라스의 서늘함이 얹히고 수지 같은 나무의 결이 중심을 잡는다. 1986년 증류된 이 글렌 알바 보틀링은 정향을 꽂은 오렌지 마멀레이드의 향으로 여운을 길게 끌고 간다.

this is good, fairly spicy, rather fresh, with apples and lemons, green tea, lemongrass and a fair bit of resinous wood

rather long, on clove-studded orange marmalade and a few drops of retsina (that’s Greek white wine with pine resin, in case you’re wondering)
