Tasting Notes
노즈는 흙내음이 섞인 셰리 캐릭터가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 건포도와 키르슈, 세비야 오렌지가 이어지고 초콜릿과 밤꿀의 단맛 위로 계피와 정향, 넛맥이 층을 쌓는다. 팰럿에서는 쓴 오렌지와 꿀이 먼저 도착한 뒤 토피와 파이프 담배, 리큐어 초콜릿이 발전하며 43도치고 바디가 충실하다. 1991년 빈티지를 16년 담아둔 오크 캐스크의 영향이 과하지 않게 정리되어 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 마멀레이드의 단맛과 은은한 스파이스가 남는다.

an earthy and slightly smoky sherry that reminds me of the older 8 or 12, with raisins, kirsch, Seville oranges, chocolate, chestnut honey and then cinnamon, cloves, mint, and nutmeg. It doesn’t feel very old, but I’d call this ‘classic’

indeed, the older 12+. Quite a lot of bitter oranges and honey in the arrival, then this very peculiar toffeeness plus Corinthian raisins, pipe tobacco, liqueur-filled chocolate, and a touch of vanilla fudge. Millionaire shortbread. Good body

medium, very well balanced I have to say, rather on marmalade this time. Honeyed and moderately spicy aftertaste
