Tasting Notes
잔을 기울이면 30년을 보낸 위스키치고 놀랍도록 옅은 볏짚빛이 흘러나온다. 코끝으로 가져가면 갓 벤 풀과 건초, 요구르트 같은 새콤한 유제품 향이 먼저 인사를 건넨다. 잔을 더 흔들수록 딜과 파슬리, 사과주 같은 뉘앙스가 따라 나온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50.5도의 힘이 곧게 밀고 들어오면서 얼음설탕과 조린 사과, 홍차의 단맛으로 풀린다. 삼킨 뒤에는 커피콩의 씁쓸함이 오래 매달린다.

ha! That’s Macallan?! Fresh like a Lowlander, almost grassy. Sour milk, Indian yoghurt (lassee), hay, straw… Butter, dill, parsley, and yes, hints of white rum and old wood. Rather nice! Develops on cider
restaurant Palate
bold and powerful, yet a little sweetish. Candy sugar, cooked apples, tea. Not too complex, I’d say. Quite grassy. Coffee beans. Not much development. Hints of cold, sugared coffee – or Nescafe.
