Tasting Notes
노즈는 오트밀 같은 곡물감과 민트의 서늘함으로 시작해 풀 향과 보리로 발전한다. 꿀과 노란 꽃, 바닐라가 뒤를 잇는다. 물을 더하면 자몽의 상큼함과 밀랍 향이 살아나 훨씬 명확하게 드러난다. 53.8도의 입은 몰트와 시트러스가 앞서고 럼에 절인 건포도, 핑크 자몽, 헤더 꿀이 이어진다. 도수에 비해 자극이 적고 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 달콤한 몰트와 시트러스가 남는다. 셰리 없이도 완성도가 높은 캐스크다.
