Tasting Notes
백포도주 같은 옅은 빛이 잔 바닥에 얇게 깔린다. 향은 사과즙과 배즙의 맑은 과실감이 앞서고 그 뒤로 갓 뽑은 맥주의 곡물기와 옅은 나무 연기, 생강 토닉의 알싸함이 스친다. 43도의 입은 군더더기 없이 깨끗해 과일의 단맛이 그대로 미끄러지고 풍선껌 같은 가벼운 향이 잠시 떠오른다. 1986년 증류해 열두 해 만에 병입된 이 보틀링은 오렌지와 생강의 산뜻함으로 중간 길이의 여운을 남기며 담백하게 닫힌다.
