Tasting Notes
노즈는 부드러운 사이더와 맥주 뉘앙스에서 출발한다. 여기에 바닐라와 갓 구운 페이스트리의 단내가 더해진다. 1996년 원액을 2005년에 병입한 이 보틀링은 색이 옅은 금빛이다. 팰럿은 확연히 현대적이며 오크가 앞에 서서 생강 케이크와 바닐린, 톱밥 같은 뉘앙스가 먼저 온다. 그 뒤로 잘 익은 사과와 미라벨, 살구의 맥아 단맛이 따라붙는다. 피니시는 중간 길이이며 시나몬이 끝을 정리한다.
