Tasting Notes
연한 금빛이 잔 속에서 부드럽게 흔들린다. 향은 바닐라와 시나몬 롤이 중심을 이루고 육두구 소스와 생강의 달콤한 매움이 뒤에 얹히며 편안한 인상을 준다. 입에서는 아직 익지 않은 오크의 떫은 결이 먼저 깨어나 진한 녹차와 담뱃잎을 데려오고 계피가 그 위를 덮는다. 1996년 원액을 2005년에 담은 이 스페이몰트는 셰리보다 나무의 표정이 앞선다. 여운은 중간 길이이며 마른 나무의 기운이 끝까지 이어진다.
