Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝에 대면 바닐라와 시나몬롤, 육두구가 먼저 나오고 생강 사탕 같은 단내가 뒤섞인다. 잔을 흔들수록 열여덟 해 숙성의 금빛에 어울리는 부드러운 향이 이어진다. 40도를 한 모금 머금으면 풋내 나는 타닌이 깨어나 진한 녹차와 담뱃잎, 계피가 차례로 혀를 훑는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 오크의 나뭇결이 다소 뚜렷하게 중간 길이로 남는다.

better, that is to say closer to the 12, but there is a green tannicity that’s waking up. Strong green tea, tobacco leaves, more cinnamon… Oh let’s be quick…
