Tasting Notes
맑은 금빛이 잔 안에서 가볍게 돈다. 향은 바닐라를 바탕에 두고 시나몬 롤과 육두구, 생강 사탕의 달콤한 향신료가 차례로 올라온다. 입에서는 향의 다정함과 달리 설익은 탄닌이 먼저 눈을 뜨며 진한 녹차와 담뱃잎, 다시 계피가 이어진다. 1985년 원액을 2003년에 담은 이 스페이몰트는 오크의 목소리가 다소 앞서는 편이다. 여운은 중간 길이로 나무판을 연상시키는 마른 기운이 혀 안쪽에 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
