잔을 흔들고 코를 넣으면 부드러운 사이다와 맥주 같은 발효 향이 먼저 나오고 바닐라와 갓 구운 페이스트리가 뒤를 잇는다. 한 모금 머금으면 나무가 앞에 서서 생강 케이크와 톱밥, 옥수수빵 같은 맛이 지나간다. 그 뒤로 잘 익은 사과와 미라벨, 살구의 몰트 단맛이 천천히 따라 올라온다. 삼킨 뒤에는 예상대로 계피가 중간 길이로 남는다.
