Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 아주 옅은 볏짚빛에 어울리는 날카롭고 깨끗한 향이 먼저 다가온다. 코를 대면 아몬드와 박하가 또렷하고 젖은 백묵 같은 광물성 기운이 그 아래에 깔린다. 한 모금 머금으면 윤곽이 뚜렷한 맛이 시간이 갈수록 커지고 뮤즐리와 블루베리가 지나간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 감초와 용담 뿌리의 쌉쌀함이 길게 이어지며 서른세 해의 숙성을 드러낸다.

much more ‘chiselled’ than the Speymalt, sharper, purer and cleaner. Less yeasty/porridgy and much more almondy, minty and a little mineral (wet chalk)

very close to the Speymalt as far as the general profile is concerned but a little cleaner, sharper and, again, purer. Hints of what tastes like peat but it can’t be peat, can it? Gets bigger over time. Muesli, blueberries
timer Finish
long, with quite some liquorice again and hints of gentian
