Tasting Notes
맑은 화이트와인빛이 잔 속에 투명하게 비친다. 코에는 바닷가의 서늘한 공기와 유칼립투스 오일 같은 청량함이 먼저 닿고 그 뒤로 옅은 연기가 따라온다. 한 모금은 소금기와 재, 굴 껍데기와 타르를 지나 사과주의 산미로 이어지며 43도의 도수를 넘어서는 긴장감을 만든다. 셰리 숙성이라는 표기와 달리 이 1942년 빈티지는 해안의 성격을 더 강하게 드러낸다. 여운은 중간 길이로 잿내와 레몬이 담백하게 남는다.

similar findings and feelings, brine, smoke, ashes, oysters, tar, cider apples… I'm sure you would easily find the rum, should you try both the pre-finish and the post-finish versions, but just like that, I don't think there's much chance of that happening. Which may mean that they did the finishing very well
