Tasting Notes
잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 보리와 밀랍, 갓 켠 나무 냄새가 나란히 다가온다. 조금 더 들이마시면 비스킷과 얼그레이 찻잎이 열리고 장뇌 같은 서늘한 결이 그 가장자리에 깃든다. 43도를 한 모금 머금으면 나이에 비해 산뜻하게 사과와 레몬, 녹차와 레몬그라스가 지나가고 수지질 오크가 뒤를 받친다. 삼키면 정향 박은 오렌지 마멀레이드와 솔 향이 길게 이어진다.

this is good, fairly spicy, rather fresh, with apples and lemons, green tea, lemongrass and a fair bit of resinous wood
timer Finish
rather long, on clove-studded orange marmalade and a few drops of retsina (that’s Greek white wine with pine resin, in case you’re wondering)
