Tasting Notes
맑은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 천천히 미끄러진다. 향에는 단내 나는 오크가 앞서며 바닐라와 카다멈, 생강이 차례로 올라오고 그 사이로 풍선껌과 꽃, 코코넛의 가벼움이 스친다. 40도의 술은 입안에서 육두구와 계피, 태운 케이크와 커피의 쌉쌀함으로 이어지지만 몸통을 크게 부풀리지는 않는다. 1980년에 병입된 고든 앤 맥페일의 이 올 몰트는 구운 오크와 오렌지, 식은 홍차의 여운을 남긴다.
