Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들고 코를 넣으면 마른 잎사귀와 낡은 시가 상자 냄새가 먼저 밀려온다. 조금 더 기다리면 볶은 커피콩과 오래된 책, 쓴 오렌지가 차례로 열린다. 한 모금 머금으면 캐러멜과 소금기, 진하게 우린 차의 쓴맛이 함께 지나가고 마르멜로의 새콤함이 뒤를 받친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 녹차와 옅은 연기, 귤껍질이 되돌아오며 서른다섯 해를 보낸 건조한 성격을 드러낸다.

more carameln the whole being a little bitter but not tired. Coffee, some salt, tea, hints of lavender sweets… Becomes a tad drying after that but not really ‘flat’. Quite malty. May lack fruitiness but there are notes of quinces
