Tasting Notes
잔을 코앞으로 올리면 셰리 우드에서 열다섯 해를 보낸 이 보틀링이 마른 풀과 오크를 먼저 내놓는다. 잔을 더 흔들면 농가 마당 같은 흙내와 사과 껍질, 파슬리의 푸른 기운이 스친다. 한 모금 삼키기 전에 굴려보면 꿀과 구운 빵의 단맛이 부드럽게 번지고 바닐라가 두껍게 깔린다. 넘긴 뒤에는 43도답게 과하지 않은 몰트 단맛과 옅은 떫음이 중간 길이로 이어진다.

a little more oomph than in the 12, with a little more oak and grass, then farmyard, apple peelings and hints of flints as well as a little smoke. Not unpleasant at all and rather complex. Develops more on bubblegum and a little parsley

smooth and very sweet, with more oomph than in the 12 once again. Apple compote, honey, toasted brioche and a little sweet oak, with a little mint in the background. Quite some vanilla
timer Finish
medium long, balanced, malty and honeyed, some tannins in the aftertaste
