Tasting Notes
밀짚빛에 가까운 옅은 색이 잔 안에서 흐릿하게 비친다. 향은 크게 열리지 않고 나무와 버터, 크림의 결이 앞서며 그 사이로 민들레와 미나리아재비 같은 들꽃 냄새가 스친다. 셰리의 흔적은 아주 옅게만 남아 있다. 43도의 술은 잘 익은 사과의 단맛으로 시작하지만 몸통이 가벼워 금세 흩어지고 캐러멜과 나무의 결이 뒤늦게 드러난다. 고든 앤 맥페일의 이 15년 보틀링은 짧고 담백한 여운을 남긴다.

much less expressive than the 10 yo at first nosing. Woodier, and more buttery/creamy. Grassier too. Still flowery, but much less than the 10 yo (more towards dandelion, buttercup). Traces of sherry – just traces

more aromas, but less body. Sweet and quite fruity (ripe apple). Sort of weak and almost watery compared to the 10yo. It really lacks the latter’s oomph. Short finish, on caramel and wood – getting sort of sour rather quickly. Like I thought the first time I tasted this new Mac, it really lacks personality. 77 points .
