much more ‘chiselled’ than the Speymalt, sharper, purer and cleaner. Less yeasty/porridgy and much more almondy, minty and a little mineral (wet chalk)

restaurant Palate

very close to the Speymalt as far as the general profile is concerned but a little cleaner, sharper and, again, purer. Hints of what tastes like peat but it can’t be peat, can it? Gets bigger over time. Muesli, blueberries

timer Finish

long, with quite some liquorice again and hints of gentian
