Tasting Notes
같은 셰리 캐스크라도 이쪽은 향이 한결 얌전하다. 나뭇잎과 풀, 견과가 먼저 드러나고 럼과 건포도, 오렌지와 초콜릿이 뒤를 이으며 화약 같은 미네랄 뉘앙스가 얹힌다. 48.6도의 팰럿은 세비야 오렌지와 마멀레이드를 축으로 건포도와 프룬, 프루트케이크가 순서대로 발전한다. 정향과 아니스가 마무리를 조인다. 피니시는 길고 균형이 단단하며 금귤과 뱅쇼 같은 여운이 남는다. 고전적 셰리 맥캘란의 정석에 가깝다.

we’re much, much more in the style of the official now, even if this is less aromatic and rather more on leaves, grass and nuts. Other than that, there are the same notes of rum, raisins, oranges and chocolate plus, indeed, quite some gunpowder. Maybe a little eucalyptus as well
