Tasting Notes
금빛이 잔 안에서 온화하게 빛난다. 럼 배럴에서 마무리를 거친 향은 꽃향이 앞서고 그 사이로 장작 연기가 옅게 스치며 카모마일과 캐러멜이 차례로 피어난다. 46도의 입 안은 처음부터 달곰해서 설탕에 절인 오렌지와 캐러멜이 부드럽게 번지고 셰리의 흔적은 거의 느껴지지 않는다. 열네 해를 보낸 1991년 빈티지에 럼의 당밀 같은 단맛이 겹쳐 매캘런의 다른 얼굴을 만든다. 여운은 단정하고 마른 사탕수수의 잔향이 잠시 머문다.

very fragrant and flowery at first nosing, with also whiffs of wood smoke. Quite lively, grainy but less than the official Fine Oak versions. Keeps developing on camomile and caramel… A ‘nice’ nose
restaurant Palate
starts a little sugary, with quite some caramel and crystallized oranges. Very little sherry – there probably isn’t any and a balanced but simple finish.
