Tasting Notes
잔을 기울이면 흰 밀짚에 가까운 옅은 빛이 흐르고 흔들자 향이 가볍게 퍼진다. 코를 가져가면 매캘런답지 않게 풀 향과 건초, 요구르트의 신맛이 앞서고 버터와 딜이 뒤를 잇는다. 버번 캐스크에서 15년을 보낸 결과가 이렇게 산뜻할 수 있다는 점이 흥미롭다. 한 모금 삼키면 캔디 슈거와 조린 사과가 퍼지고 커피콩의 쌉쌀함이 뒤따르며 끝은 길지만 서서히 흩어진다.

ha! That’s Macallan?! Fresh like a Lowlander, almost grassy. Sour milk, Indian yoghurt (lassee), hay, straw… Butter, dill, parsley, and yes, hints of white rum and old wood. Rather nice! Develops on cider
restaurant Palate
bold and powerful, yet a little sweetish. Candy sugar, cooked apples, tea. Not too complex, I’d say. Quite grassy. Coffee beans. Not much development. Hints of cold, sugared coffee – or Nescafe.
