Tasting Notes
옅은 볏짚색이 잔 속에서 서늘하게 빛난다. 10년이라는 짧은 숙성에도 이 1990년은 향이 단정해 베어낸 풀과 버터, 아주 옅은 연기가 차례로 스친다. 오래 맡을수록 단맛보다 절제된 곡물의 결이 앞으로 나선다. 50도의 입안은 기름진 질감 위로 마른 시트러스와 보리의 고소함이 함께 지나며 군더더기가 없다. 여운은 담백하고 깔끔해 풀과 맥아의 향이 길게 이어진다.
