Tasting Notes
맑은 금빛이 잔 속에 얇게 퍼진다. 1987년 원액을 셰리 벗에서 지켜 2008년 캐든헤즈 어센틱 컬렉션으로 담은 이 보틀링은 지나치게 익은 사과와 오래 우린 차, 밀랍 먹인 식탁보 같은 향이 겹쳐 옛 찬장을 떠올리게 한다. 52.5도의 입안은 조여 있고 꿀과 밀랍의 결이 또렷하며 만사니야를 닮은 마른 짠맛이 스친다. 여운은 넉넉히 길고 담뱃잎의 기름진 결과 수액 같은 꿀이 남는다.
