Tasting Notes
잔을 코앞에서 돌리면 망고가 쏟아지듯 열대 과일 향이 먼저 밀려온다. 뒤이어 귤과 인동꽃 자몽 그리고 오래된 소테른 같은 결이 끝없이 이어진다. 46도의 한 모금은 그 향을 그대로 옮겨 오지만 옛 병에서 종종 나오는 비누 같은 결이 잠시 스친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 홍차의 마른 쓴맛이 길게 남는다. 1962년 원액을 20년 재워 1983년에 병입한 이 위스키의 향은 좀처럼 잊히지 않는다.

more mangos than on a mango tree, otherwise tangerines and myriads of tinier aromas. Incredible nose (pipe smoke, oranges, woodruff, maracuja, honeysuckle, fudge, hibiscus, roses, pink grapefruits, old Sauternes, mushrooms, chocolate, coffee, plums, stewed rhubarb, basil, black nougat, peanut butter, peaches, litchis…) Oh boy oh boy…

yeah these wee soapy tones that may come out from these old bottles from time to time. Otherwise, superb!
