Tasting Notes
노즈에서 예상 밖의 훈연이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 아카시아 꿀과 라일락, 밀랍과 가죽 광택제가 층을 이루고 잘 익은 살구와 세비야 오렌지가 뒤를 따른다. 시간이 지날수록 하바나 시가를 연상시키는 연기가 강해진다. 팰럿은 43도라는 도수가 무색할 만큼 생기가 있고 살구 잼과 자두, 밤꿀과 구운 브리오슈로 발전한다. 1990년에 증류해 33년을 채운 시간이 향과 맛 양쪽에서 명확하게 드러난다.

air Nose
oh well... this is, I mean, just amazing. Incredible smokiness and a full tanker of acacia honey as well as lilac, beeswax and leather polish. Goes on and on... ripe apricots, flower nectar, Seville oranges, orange syrup, whiffs of seawater... Absolutely exceptional. Gets smokier with time (Havana smoke). Hints of apple peelings. This nose just leaves me speechless (who said good news?)

amazingly lively, nervous, fruity... Apricot jam, ripe plums, chestnut honey, toasted brioche, high-grade pepper... Totally fantabulous. I’m afraid the rest will be censored by our anti-maltoporn police department
