Tasting Notes
금빛이 잔 안쪽에 담담하게 비친다. 셰리 캐스크에서 18년을 보낸 1989년 원액은 향에서 토피와 퍼지의 단맛이 먼저 열리고 갓 켠 나무와 브리오슈, 옅은 풀 연기가 뒤를 잇는다. 40도의 낮은 도수 탓에 입안은 가볍지만 기름진 질감이 남아 있어 곡물과 신 사과즙, 마멀레이드의 결이 이어진다. 커클랜드 시그니처 이름으로 병입된 이 위스키의 여운은 중간 길이로 옅은 쌉쌀함을 남긴다.

I rather like it, it's a tad rougher than your usual commercial blend (but isn't everything commerce these days?) A little sour wood, cereals, sour apple juice, candy sugar, marmalade, cardboard… The body's a little oilier having said that

medium and a little bitter and even more cardboardy. Not the best part
