Tasting Notes
금빛이 잔 속에 가볍게 잠겨 있다. 1991년 증류돼 2005년에 병입된 이 14년 원액은 향부터 꽃결이 앞서 화사한 향기와 옅은 나무 연기가 함께 열린다. 그 뒤로 캐모마일과 캐러멜의 부드러움이 따라온다. 46도의 도수는 입안에서 설탕에 절인 오렌지의 단맛을 또렷하게 살리지만 셰리의 흔적은 거의 남기지 않는다. 여운은 단정하고 짧은 편이며 곡물의 결이 마지막까지 부드럽게 비친다.

very fragrant and flowery at first nosing, with also whiffs of wood smoke. Quite lively, grainy but less than the official Fine Oak versions. Keeps developing on camomile and caramel… A ‘nice’ nose
restaurant Palate
starts a little sugary, with quite some caramel and crystallized oranges. Very little sherry – there probably isn’t any and a balanced but simple finish.
