Tasting Notes
올로로소와 피노 셰리를 함께 쓴 엘레간시아 라인이지만 노즈는 셰리보다 훨씬 산뜻한 방향으로 열린다. 갓 벤 풀과 채소 줄기의 뉘앙스가 먼저 두드러지고 옅은 꽃향이 그 위에 겹치며 전체가 매우 깨끗하다. 팰럿은 설탕 같은 단맛이 중심이며 잘 익은 사과와 구스베리의 흰 과일 산미가 뒤따른다. 피노 캐스크의 건조한 성격이 여기서 드러난다. 40도의 질감은 가볍고 피니시도 짧게 정리된다.

a little sweetish and sugary. Some white fruit (ripe apple, gooseberry). Not bad at all but lacks personality.
